Hollywood Hills rental linked to D4vd murder trial remains vacant

A luxury rental property in Hollywood Hills remains vacant as the landlord reduces the monthly rent for the second time. The home is central to the legal case involving singer D4vd, who is accused by prosecutors of the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

Originally listed for $23,950 per month, the rent was recently lowered by over 10% to $21,500. The property has been unoccupied since September 2025, following a police raid. During that investigation, authorities reportedly used luminol to search for blood traces and seized items including chainsaws and a cut inflatable pool.

Prosecutors allege that D4vd invited Hernandez to the residence in April 2025. The investigation gained significant attention after Hernandez's body was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla registered to the musician. While the property returned to the market in February 2026, the high-profile nature of the ongoing criminal allegations appears to be impacting its ability to attract tenants.
