HOLM Developments enters Georgia with US$250 million investment

HOLM Developments has announced its first major international expansion by entering the Georgian market. The company signed an international investment and development agreement with Ambassadori Island Batumi, representing an investment exceeding US$250 million.

As part of the agreement, HOLM will develop a 140,000 sqm multifunctional complex within Ambassadori Island. The project includes the introduction of One Peninsula, a signature residential development that is part of a broader waterfront masterplan encompassing residential, hospitality, retail, leisure, and cultural destinations.

The agreement was signed by Sergey Avayan, CEO of HOLM Developments, and Gocha Kamkia, CEO of Ambassadori Island Batumi. This move expands HOLM’s development platform beyond Dubai to establish a long-term presence in the region.
