holo Indie announces free turn-based RPG BaeSplit: Chaos Down Under

CCMC Corp. has announced the Steam store page launch for ‘BaeSplit: Chaos Down Under’, a free turn-based RPG developed by Studio PP and SlimeCore Dynamics under the ‘holo Indie’ brand. The game features Hakos Baelz from hololive English -Promise- as the protagonist.

Set in Australia, the story follows Baelz as she attempts to rescue scattered hololive members and restore balance to the world after a chaotic force causes widespread disruption. Players can form parties using six different versions of Hakos Baelz, each possessing unique personalities, abilities, and combat roles.

A central gameplay mechanic is the ‘Tension System’, where a character’s emotional state affects combat performance; high tension boosts power, while low tension can lead to critical mistakes. Additionally, rescued hololive members can be summoned as support characters to utilize various skills during battle. The game will be available for free on PC via Steam, with a release date yet to be determined.
