Holy Monastery of Panagia Turliani inaugurates renovated residence

The Holy Monastery of Panagia Turliani held a grand ceremony to inaugurate its extensively renovated and beautified residence (Synodikon). The event followed a High Hierarchical Divine Liturgy held in honor of the recently canonized Saints Porporios, Paisios, and Iakovos.

The inauguration was led by Metropolitan Dorotheos II of Syros, with the presence of several high-ranking clergy, including the Metropolitans of Serres, Kifisia, Trikala, and Langada. Abbot Alexios Papadopoulos noted the significance of the day, highlighting the spiritual importance of the monastery and the recent addition of a new member to the monastic brotherhood through the ordination of Father Konstantinos.

The ceremony also marked the 25th anniversary of the episcopal ordination of Metropolitan Theologos of Serres and Nigrita, who has maintained a strong spiritual connection with the monastery in recent years.
