Holy Trinity Anglican Church Heritage Renewal Moves to Phase Two in Winnipeg

Holy Trinity Anglican Church in downtown Winnipeg has launched phase two of its Heritage Renewal Initiative. The project, a partnership between Centre Venture Development Corporation and Heritage Winnipeg, follows a $7.75 million estimate for critical repairs identified in the first phase.

Project manager Stephen Boys said the next stage will focus on community consultations and design planning before construction begins. Heritage Winnipeg executive director Cindy Tugwell highlighted the church’s historic and cultural significance, while Mayor Scott Gillingham attended the announcement and expressed optimism about the building’s future role in the city centre.
