Homare Sawa discusses 50-million-yen home search on TBS

Former Nadeshiko Japan star Homare Sawa appeared on the TBS program ‘Sakurai Ariyoshi THE Yakai’ to discuss her family’s search for a new home with a budget of 50 million yen.

Sawa and her husband, Fukushima United FC Vice President Hiroaki Tsujigami, toured several properties in areas including Yugawara, Hakone, Kawaguchiko, and Atami. The couple is looking for a location within two hours of Fuchu, Tokyo, that offers plenty of greenery. During the broadcast, Sawa shared her fondness for Shinkansen trains, while Tsujigami joked about her shy nature in the mornings. The couple concluded that having a hot spring (onsen) is a non-negotiable requirement for their new home, and their search continues.
