Homburg driver injures pedestrian after speeding confrontation

Police in Homburg-Schwarzenbach are investigating an incident where a driver injured a pedestrian after being confronted about speeding.

On the evening of August 11, a pedestrian attempted to urge a driver of a dark VW Golf GTI to slow down. In response, the driver allegedly grabbed the pedestrian's arm and dragged them several meters along the ground. Although the victim managed to break free, they fell and sustained minor injuries to their arms and legs.

The driver fled the scene in an unknown direction. Authorities are seeking information regarding the vehicle, which reportedly carried a license plate from Hamburg.
