Home automation sales in Brazil grow 37% in H1 2026

Home automation sales in Brazil saw significant growth during the first half of 2026. According to data from Infracommerce, sales of products related to domestic automation increased by 37% compared to the same period in the previous year.

Consumers are increasingly seeking programmable appliances and connected devices to manage household tasks more efficiently. This trend is driven by a desire for convenience and time savings, often summarized by the social media expression “sleep while your house works.”

Automated products are also commanding higher prices; items with connectivity or programming features have an average ticket up to 15% higher than conventional models. These solutions now account for 22% of the total revenue or orders within their category. Robot vacuum cleaners are cited as a prominent example of this shift, offering autonomous operation and remote app control.
