Cumulus Neuroscience has partnered with Muse to integrate Muse’s at‑home EEG headband into its NeuLogiq platform, enabling researchers to record brain activity during natural sleep in participants’ own beds. Announced ahead of the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference, the collaboration aims to replace lab‑based polysomnography with continuous, real‑world sleep data, potentially providing a more reliable biomarker for evaluating Alzheimer’s therapies.

Meanwhile, consumer‑focused sleep tech is expanding beyond traditional sleep scores to include a “circadian score,” which assesses the 24‑hour biological rhythm based on factors such as light exposure and meal timing. Six wearable devices—including the Rhythm Ring, Ultrahuman Ring AIR, and Circular Ring 2—now offer this metric, helping users understand why they may feel fatigued despite adequate sleep duration and guiding lifestyle adjustments to improve overall circadian health.
