Home robotics market sees new flagship models and major price cuts

The consumer home robotics market is experiencing intense competition as new flagship models enter the Australian market. The MOVA Z70 has been introduced, featuring 36,000Pa of suction and a roller mop that scrubs at 800 RPM. While noted for its high cleaning performance and intelligent obstacle navigation, the device has been described as being occasionally loud during operation.

In a separate market development, the Dreame L40 Ultra CE has seen a significant price reduction on Amazon Australia. Originally priced at $2,199, the unit has been discounted by 78 per cent to $474.99. The Dreame model features 13,000Pa suction, smart home mapping, and the ability to vacuum and mop simultaneously with self-cleaning capabilities.
