Homecare senior care service hosts summer outing on Baldeneysee

Around 20 clients of the home‑care provider Homecare – die Alltagshelfer enjoyed a boat trip on the White Fleet on the Baldeneysee in July. The excursion featured coffee, cake and sunny weather, and was organized by the service’s managing director Barbara Niemann together with her care‑team and seven everyday helpers.

Niemann said the outings aim to give seniors in Bochum, Essen and surrounding Ruhr‑area districts a chance to leave their homes, stay active and build social contacts. The company stresses continuity of caregivers, early support and regular activities to promote physical and mental well‑being.
