Hon Hai distributes NT$11.75 billion in annual employee bonuses

Hon Hai Precision Industry has distributed its annual employee bonuses, totaling approximately NT$11.75 billion in cash. Following recent corporate practice, the funds were deposited into employee accounts this morning.

The distribution is not uniform; amounts vary based on the operating performance of specific business groups and individual employee evaluations. High-performing units and standout employees are eligible to receive bonuses of NT$1 million or more. This year's bonus levels have reportedly increased by double digits compared to last year.

The surge in bonuses is attributed to strong growth in revenue and profits, driven largely by robust global demand for AI servers and steady performance in existing ICT businesses. For the first eight months of the year, Hon Hai reported cumulative revenue of NT$6.51 trillion, a 39.73% increase year-on-year, marking a record high for the same period.
