Honda Aircraft invests in Thrive Aviation fractional ownership program

Honda Aircraft has entered into a partnership with Las Vegas-based Thrive Aviation to support its expansion into fractional aircraft ownership. As part of the deal, Honda Aircraft made a minority investment and provided refurbished HondaJets to bolster the program.

Under the agreement, Honda subsidiary Arulean Air will acquire aircraft, while Thrive Aviation manages flight operations and customer accounts. The fractional program offers shares in both HondaJets and Bombardier Challenger 3500s, covering light-jet and super-midsize categories. Thrive plans to begin operations on the U.S. West Coast, aiming to add four to six HondaJets and two to four Challenger 3500s annually.

Thrive customers will also have access to the company’s existing fleet of approximately 30 aircraft, though specific pricing terms for those flights were not disclosed. The program’s initial aircraft were showcased at the NBAA-BACE 2026 event in Las Vegas.
