Honda and Skoda showcase space-efficient vehicle designs

Automotive manufacturers are highlighting diverse approaches to vehicle space and efficiency. The Honda Jazz utilizes a self-charging hybrid HEV system, combining a gasoline engine with two electric motors to produce 122 CV. Despite its compact length of 4.09 meters, the Jazz offers a modular interior with a boot capacity of 304 liters in standard configuration, which expands to 1,205 liters with seats folded.

In the larger segment, the Skoda Superb focuses on stability and interior volume. Measuring 4.91 meters in length with a 2.84-meter wheelbase, it provides a 645-liter boot. The entry-level model features a 150 CV mild-hybrid (MHEV) engine paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission, achieving a combined consumption of 5.2 l/100 km.
