Honda and Yamaha announce new motorcycle production in Argentina

Honda Motor de Argentina has announced the return of the Biz 110 motorcycle to the local market. The new generation of this CUB segment model will be manufactured at the company’s plant in Campana.

The updated Biz 110 features several technological improvements, including PGM-FI electronic fuel injection for smoother engine response, an LCD digital dashboard, and LED position lights. For increased practicality, the model includes a USB-C port, a front compartment, and a storage trunk under the seat that can be accessed via the ignition key. Notably, the new design replaces the traditional rear brake pedal with handlebar-mounted brake commands.

In a separate development for the Argentine motorcycle market, Yamaha Motor Argentina is also preparing a new launch. Diego Cammisa, president of Yamaha Motor Argentina, confirmed that the company is working on a low-displacement on/off model. This new motorcycle is slated for local production at the company’s plant in General Rodríguez.
