Honda CB 300F Twister 2027 debuts with Showa inverted suspension in Brazil

The 2027 Honda CB 300F Twister has launched in the Brazilian market featuring upgraded Showa SFF-BP inverted front suspension. This technical update replaces the conventional telescopic fork used in previous models to improve urban riding dynamics.

The Showa SFF-BP technology utilizes a Separate Function Fork (SFF) design, where one fork leg houses the helical spring and the other contains the hydraulic damping system. Additionally, the Big Piston (BP) solution employs a large-diameter internal piston to regulate oil pressure, providing smooth absorption on light bumps and progressive firmness during heavy braking.

According to Luiz Gustavo Guereschi, Honda Brazil's Public Relations Supervisor, the inverted architecture increases chassis torsional rigidity and reduces unsprung mass, allowing for more precise responses during rapid direction changes and on irregular surfaces.
