Honda dealers distribute clean water to drought-affected areas in Central Java

A network of Honda motorcycle dealers in Central Java has launched the ‘Honda Peduli’ initiative to provide clean water to communities suffering from drought in the Muria Raya region, specifically in Blora, Pati, and Rembang.

In Blora Regency, specifically in Jepangrejo Village, dealers distributed 15,000 liters of clean water via three 5,000-liter tanks. The assistance was a collaborative effort between several local dealers, including Astra Motor Blora 1, Astra Motor Blora 2, Dealer Gaya Baru, and Abadi Motor Blora. The intervention comes as local wells have dried up, forcing residents to rely on water trucks for daily needs.

Similar relief efforts were conducted in Pati Regency, where dealers such as Zirang Honda Pati and Astra Motor Pati 2 Pemuda distributed drinking water to residents in Desa Bodeh, Pucakwangi District, to mitigate the impact of the dry season.
