Honda launches 2027 WR-V SUV in Brazil with new color option
After resuming production in Brazil in October 2025, Honda introduced the second‑generation WR‑V. The 2027 model arrives with the same two trim levels (EX and EXL), the same 1.5 L flex‑fuel i‑VTEC engine delivering 126 hp, a CVT transmission, and unchanged dimensions (4.32 m length, 1.79 m width, 1.65 m height, 2.65 m wheelbase) and pricing (EX R$ 149 000, EXL R$ 154 000). The only visual change is the addition of a new paint option, “Cinza Titanium Perolizado,” to the existing eight‑color palette.
Fuel consumption remains at about 12 km/l in the city and 12.8 km/l on the highway with gasoline, and 8.2 km/l city and 8.9 km/l highway with ethanol, according to Inmetro. The SUV retains a six‑year unlimited‑mileage warranty, a non‑turbo engine with 0‑100 km/h times of 10.5–11.5 seconds, and a top speed of 175 km/h. A hybrid version is not expected until around 2030.
