Honda launches 2027 XR300L Tornado and XRE 300 Sahara bikes in Brazil

Honda introduced its 2027 XR300L Tornado motorcycle in Brazil, highlighting a suite of new safety and technology features. The model adds Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for traction management, a rear‑only ABS that can be disabled for off‑road riding, an optical‑bonding LCD panel that reduces glare, the Honda Ignition Security System (HISS) anti‑theft key, full‑LED lighting with permanent front position lights, and a 293.5 cc engine delivering up to 24.8 hp. The Tornado is slated to arrive in dealerships in August 2026 with a suggested retail price of R$ 31,700.

Alongside the Tornado, Honda unveiled the XRE 300 Sahara for 2027, incorporating the same HSTC traction control, HISS immobilizer, and optical‑bonding LCD panel. The Sahara’s chassis retains the CRF 250F‑derived frame but features lighter forged‑aluminum suspension components and updated LED lighting that also serves as position lights. Prices start at R$ 31,855 for the Standard version and go up to R$ 33,660 for the top‑of‑the‑range Adventure model.
