Honda leads Brazilian motorcycle sales in September 2026
In September 2026, the Honda CG 160 maintained its dominant position in the Brazilian motorcycle market, recording 48,835 registrations. It was the only model to exceed 40,000 units in a single month. The Honda Pop 110i and Honda Biz 125 followed in second and third place, respectively.
Other notable entries in the top ten included the Honda Bros 160, Mottu Sport 110i, and Yamaha Factor 150. The Honda Sahara 300 and the Honda CB 300F Twister also appeared in the rankings, with the latter returning to the top ten following visual updates and new features for its 2027 model year.
Separately, Yamaha continues its marketing strategy in Brazil through a long-standing partnership with Marvel. Since 2019, the manufacturer has released various special edition motorcycles inspired by pop culture icons, such as the Captain America Lander 250 and the Spider-Man NMax 160, to connect with diverse consumer profiles.
