The 2026 Formula 1 season arrives at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, from October 23 to 25. The event marks the 18th round of the championship, featuring a high-stakes battle where Andrea Kimi Antonelli holds a 102-point lead over George Russell.

Teams are preparing special liveries for the weekend. Mercedes will debut a blue design inspired by Petronas, while Ferrari and HP have collaborated on a technical drawing-themed aesthetic for the cars of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Aston Martin is introducing a geometric blue pattern to celebrate its partnership with Cognizant, and Haas will feature a “Godzilla” theme.

Technical preparations at the track include resurfacing sections between turns 9 and 11 and smoothing bumps near turns 12 and 19 to assist drivers like Max Verstappen. The weekend also features a crossover event where MotoGP stars, including Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso, will perform an exhibition on Saturday.
