Honda to unveil 0 Alpha electric SUV in India on December 2

Honda is scheduled to unveil the production version of its 0 Alpha electric SUV in India on December 2. This model marks the Japanese manufacturer’s first electric vehicle entry for the Indian market.

The upcoming SUV is expected to feature a design similar to the concept version showcased in October 2025, characterized by a boxy silhouette, a thick C-pillar, and an upright rear section. While specific performance metrics such as motor power and driving range have not been disclosed, Honda has confirmed the vehicle will offer two battery pack options using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology. These packs are expected to have capacities ranging between 65kWh and 75kWh.

Initial specifications suggest the production model may launch with a single electric motor and a front-wheel-drive system. The official name of the SUV is anticipated to be announced in November, ahead of the formal debut.
