Honda unveils 2027 CBR500R FOUR and updated CBR600RR
Honda has announced significant additions to its 2027 supersport lineup, introducing the all-new CBR500R FOUR and an updated CBR600RR.
The CBR500R FOUR is a new mid-capacity model featuring a 500cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 72 hp and 47.4 Nm of torque. It is designed to attract a younger generation of riders and includes the Honda E-Clutch system as standard. A 35 kW version compatible with A2 licenses will also be available. The model features KYB upside-down forks, Nissin radial-mount calipers, and a 5-inch TFT display.
The CBR600RR receives technical upgrades to enhance its performance on both roads and tracks. While it retains its 599cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 121 hp, it now adopts radial-mount Nissin brake calipers derived from the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade. The updated model includes an improved ABS system with three modes—Standard, Track, and Race—alongside a redesigned front fairing with integrated spoilers and a larger 5-inch TFT color screen.
Both models will be offered in Ignition Red Tricolour and Matt Ballistic Black Metallic color options.
