Honda unveils limited John McGuinness 30th Anniversary Fireblade
Honda UK has unveiled the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP John McGuinness 30th Anniversary Replica, a highly limited edition motorcycle produced in only 15 units worldwide. The special edition commemorates the 30th anniversary of British rider John McGuinness’s career at the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy, marking his debut in 1996.
The motorcycle features a unique livery inspired by the Honda RS250 McGuinness rode during his first TT appearance, as well as the colors used on his official Honda Racing UK superbike during the 2026 Senior TT. Design details include green number plates and the Paul Bird Motorsport branding on the fuel tank to honor his racing origins.
Technically, the bike is based on the standard Fireblade SP, featuring a 999 cc inline four-cylinder engine producing 217 CV, an Akrapovič titanium exhaust, and HRC-designed aerodynamics. The limited series is available via invitation, with a UK price of approximately £37,730.
