Honda updates NT1100 and Africa Twin motorcycle models
Honda has introduced updates to its motorcycle lineup, including the 2027 NT1100 DCT and aesthetic refreshes for the CRF1100L Africa Twin.
The 2027 Honda NT1100 DCT features semi-active electronic suspension via Showa EERA technology, allowing for automatic adjustments to compression and rebound based on road conditions. The model utilizes a 1,084 cc twin-cylinder engine producing approximately 100 hp and 112 Nm of torque. It includes a six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) integrated with an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) for optimized gear shifts during cornering. Additional features include a 6.5-inch TFT touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, cruise control, and cornering ABS.
PT Astra Honda Motor has also updated the CRF1100L Africa Twin with new color schemes and graphics. While the engine remains unchanged, the Tricolor variant now features gold forks and rims with a black frame, and the Matt Ballistic Black Metallic variant has transitioned from a red to a black frame. A new Grand Prix Red color option has also been added to provide a sportier appearance.
