Honda Vietnam unveils 2027 SH160i and SH125i scooter models

Honda Vietnam has introduced the 2027 versions of its premium SH160i and SH125i scooters, scheduled for release on November 10. The updated models feature eSP+ 4-valve engines redesigned to meet Euro 4 emission standards. By optimizing the electronic fuel injection system and improving the exhaust treatment unit, Honda claims these models reduce pollutants such as CO, HC, and NOx by approximately 60% compared to previous versions.

Design updates include a new ‘Aura Black Edition’ for the Sport grade, featuring a blacked-out aesthetic for the body, brakes, and rear grab rail. Technological enhancements include a new smart key feature that warns riders if the ignition is left on, and Bluetooth connectivity for the SH160i via the My Honda+ app to monitor fuel levels and maintenance history.

Safety features vary by grade: the Sport, Special, and Premium versions are equipped with dual-channel ABS and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), while the Standard version utilizes a Combi Brake System (CBS). The scooters include a 28-liter under-seat storage compartment and a USB-C charging port.
