Honduras police announce security for Honduras-Suriname match

Honduras' National Police have announced security protocols for the upcoming Concacaf Nations League match between Honduras and Suriname, scheduled for Friday, September 25, at the Chelato Uclés Stadium.

At least 550 officers will be deployed to manage the perimeter, monitor stands, and conduct patrols in surrounding areas. Prohibited items include firearms, sharp objects, sticks, tubes, large belt buckles, pyrotechnics, matches, masks, and infrared pointers.

To manage crowds, gates will open at 4:00 p.m., and surrounding streets will close starting at 3:30 p.m. until the conclusion of the match. Drivers are advised to use alternative routes.
