Honey Deuce cocktail becomes major US Open revenue driver
The Honey Deuce has established itself as a cultural icon and a major revenue driver for the US Open tennis tournament. The signature cocktail, made with Grey Goose vodka, lemonade, and raspberry liqueur, is garnished with honeydew melon balls to resemble tennis balls.
In 2025, the USTA sold 738,459 Honey Deuces at $23 each, generating approximately $16.98 million in revenue. This total exceeded the combined singles title prize money for winners Carlos Alcaraz and Aryna Sabalenka by nearly $7 million. Beyond the tournament grounds in Queens, the drink and its branded cups have gained popularity as lifestyle merchandise and a seasonal staple in New York City.
