Honeycomb: The World Beyond released for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S

Frozen Way, in partnership with Snail Games, has released the sci-fi survival game ‘Honeycomb: The World Beyond’ for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Set on the alien planet Sota7, players assume the role of Hennessy, a bioengineer working for EON Corp. The mission involves exploring diverse biomes—including jungles, fields, and volcanic regions—to study extraterrestrial ecosystems and collect resources to help solve environmental issues on Earth.

A core mechanic of the game is bioengineering, which allows players to manipulate plant properties and animal DNA through techniques like grafting and allogamy to create hybrids. Players can also build modular bases to serve as research centers and shelters, and utilize tools such as hoverboards for faster exploration.
