Honeywell Aerospace raises business jet delivery forecast through 2035

Honeywell Aerospace has increased its global business jet delivery forecast by 4.4% for the decade spanning 2026 to 2035. The company now projects 9,950 new business jet deliveries during this period, driven by increased aircraft utilization and fleet expansion.

When including approximately 4,200 turboprop deliveries, the total number of new business aircraft deliveries is expected to reach roughly 14,000. The global business aviation fleet is projected to grow by about 29%, increasing from approximately 39,400 aircraft in 2025 to nearly 51,000 by 2035.

Flight hours are expected to rise by 34% through 2035, outpacing fleet growth as operators increasingly adopt charter, managed fleet, and fractional ownership models. North America remains the largest market, accounting for roughly 63% of global deliveries and fleet size, while also generating 68% of worldwide flight hours. Other growth areas include Latin America and parts of the Asia-Pacific region, specifically India.

Midsize jets are anticipated to see the strongest fleet growth, with a projected 40% expansion over the decade. The annual value of new aircraft deliveries could exceed $37 billion by the end of the forecast period.
