Coach Chu Đình Nghiêm indicated that while the player may require two to three weeks for full recovery, there is a possibility he could return in time for the upcoming FIFA ASEAN Cup, scheduled to take place in Indonesia from September 24 to October 5, 2026. However, concerns remain regarding his physical condition and match fitness.
