Hong Kong and Singapore establishments unveil 2026 Mid-Autumn mooncake collections

As the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, various establishments in Hong Kong and Singapore are unveiling new mooncake collections.

Yung Kee Restaurant has introduced its “Mini Moon Quartet,” which features new flavors including Mini Matcha Lava Custard, Mini Taro Custard with Coconut Milk, and Mini Red Bean Paste with Mandarin Peel. These are offered alongside traditional classics such as Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolks and Mixed Nuts with Chinese Ham.

In Singapore, several luxury hotels and restaurants are focusing on health-conscious options. The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is offering low-sugar varieties, including White Lotus with Pumpkin Seed and White Lotus Seed Paste with single or double yolks. Man Fu Yuan, located at Frasers House, is also providing low-sugar baked mooncakes, such as White Lotus Seed Paste with Macadamia Nuts and Pumpkin Seed, to cater to consumers seeking lighter alternatives to traditional high-sugar treats.
