Hong Kong Fashion Fest showcases international couture and emerging talent
The Hong Kong Fashion Fest has returned, aiming to revitalize the city’s fashion industry and strengthen cultural and commercial connections across Asia. The event included the ‘Virtuose: The Artistry of Couture 2026’ showcase at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, featuring designers such as Spain’s Guillermo Décimo, Vietnam’s Phan Huy, and Hong Kong’s Vivian Luk and Tigerstrolling Artisanal.
In addition to established couturiers, the Hong Kong Centerstage Exhibition provided a platform for emerging talent. Students from BINUS University’s Fashion Program presented a collection titled ‘Roots to Rhythm,’ which utilized Indonesian cultural narratives and identities translated into contemporary fashion designs to engage with an international audience.
