Hong Kong luxury property market records HK$12 billion villa sale and HK$25 million Ho Man Tin listing

A 994‑sq‑ft unit in the Tianzhu (天鑄) development in Ho Man Tin was listed for HK$25 million, offering three bedrooms, a suite and a staff apartment with views of an internal garden pool and nearby tennis courts. The apartment features a newly renovated interior, floor‑to‑ceiling windows and access to clubhouse amenities such as a pool, gym and banquet hall.

Meanwhile, the Hua Cui Beach Villa complex in Stanley's Chong Kong Kok sold for roughly HK$12 billion, an average of about HK$21,000 per square foot. The project, assembled over 38 years by the Ji Hui Group, comprises 30 units across 559,000 sq ft of floor area on a 102,000 sq ft site. The group’s acquisition cost was estimated at under HK$3 billion, yielding an approximate HK$9 billion profit on the transaction. The sale underscores sustained demand for high‑end, low‑density residences in Hong Kong’s premium market.
