Hong Kong names notable real estate agents under 40

Hong Kong Business has released its list of the most notable real estate agents under the age of 40 for 2026. Following a review of submissions from over 19 property firms, 15 individuals—comprising 13 men and two women—were selected for the honors.

Representatives from major firms including CBRE, Savills (Hong Kong), Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL comprise the list. CBRE and Savills each have four representatives featured. Notable transactions cited among the honourees include the $7.2 billion acquisition of One Causeway Bay.

Among the honourees is 27-year-old Churchill Keung of CBRE, who has advised on investment sales exceeding $2 billion in industrial, retail, and office assets. Another honouree, 29-year-old Jonathan Yip of CBRE, has transacted more than 700,000 square feet in the industrial and logistics market since 2021.
