Developer Emperor Realty sold the top‑floor 3‑bedroom unit in the new Hong Kong‑side "澄天" development for HK$25.18 million, a price of HK$28,103 per square foot, marking a project‑record. The nearby "柏瓏" complex posted a 4‑bedroom sale of HK$19.1754 million (HK$19,687 per sq ft), also a new high for the project.
