The Hong Kong real estate market is seeing diverse activity across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. In the industrial sector, Cushman & Wakefield is exclusively representing the sale of a full floor in the Luk Hop Industrial Building in New Poong Kok. The property covers approximately 21,932 square feet and is being offered at a reduced price of roughly HK$1,680 per square foot, with an expected rental return of 8 percent.
Commercial investment remains active, with investor Chan Hung-hoi purchasing a large retail space in North Point for HK$13.8 million, at approximately HK$2,282 per square foot.
The residential rental and sales markets also show significant movement. In the luxury segment, a villa on Plantation Road in The Peak was leased for HK$600,000 per month. In the rental market, a mainland Chinese family recently secured a three-bedroom unit in Tai Wai Ming Court for HK$32,000 per month.
