Hong Kong retailers launch 8% discount promotions in late July

Jia Bao Supermarket announced a four‑day flash sale starting 30 July 2026, offering a flat 20 percent discount (8 折) on all items, including fresh produce, meat, seafood, groceries and beverages across all its Hong Kong stores.

Fast‑food chain Daai Kwai Huo rolled out a three‑day app‑based promotion from 29 July to 31 July 2026, granting its members an 8 折 discount on every order placed through its mobile app, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Both promotions run concurrently in Hong Kong and are limited to the specified dates, with discounts applied at checkout.
