Vietnamese singer Hoàng Thùy Linh has been named the Cultural Artistry Icon at the L'OFFICIEL Beauty Choice Awards 2026. The award recognizes her artistic contributions, specifically her use of cultural elements in her music.

The recognition coincides with the seventh anniversary of her career-defining album, HOÀNG. Additionally, the singer is marking her musical return with the release of the music video ‘Thầy Dùi’, which debuted on October 15. The project utilizes Vietnamese folk materials combined with contemporary visual storytelling. The production of the music video involved a crew of 315 members and included collaborations with director Nhu Đặng, music producer Khắc Hưng, and fashion director Hoàng Ku.
