Hoành Mô Border Guards launch anonymous electronic crime reporting

The Hoành Mô Border Gate Border Guard Station has implemented an anonymous electronic mailbox system to facilitate crime reporting within local border communities. To ensure accessibility, officers have been visiting residential areas to provide direct instructions on how to use mobile devices for reporting.

The initiative targets ten border villages across the communes of Hoành Mô, Lục Hồn, and Bình Liêu. More than 400 officials, party members, and local citizens have received training on the system. The reporting method allows users to submit details regarding incidents, including time, location, and suspect descriptions, via QR codes on Zalo or mobile cameras while maintaining the anonymity of the informant.
