Honkai: Star Rail announces Version 4.5 summer update

HoYoverse has announced details for the upcoming Version 4.5 update of Honkai: Star Rail, titled “To Roll the Stars in Astropolis”. The update will introduce new summer-themed variants of existing characters, specifically Robin (Summeretto) and Aventurine (Waveflair), both of whom are expected to appear as 5-star figures.

A special livestream program to showcase the details of Version 4.5 is scheduled for August 14, 2026, at 19:30 (UTC+8). Following the livestream, the update is slated for release on European servers on August 26, 2026. This follows the current Version 4.4, “In Ravages Does the Whistle Sound”, which is active until August 26, 2026.
