Honkai: Star Rail launches Version 4.5 update

HoYoverse has released the Version 4.5 update for its space fantasy RPG, Honkai: Star Rail, titled ‘To Roll the Stars in Astropolis’. The update introduces the new limited five-star character, Robin (Summeretto), a Wind/Memory unit who provides team buffs and energy regeneration through her abilities.

Key content in this version includes new Trailblaze Quests, the ‘Stellar Chip’ event, and a racing event in Thousand Star City. The update also expands the ‘Divergent Universe: Garden of Recollection’ mode with new mechanics and rewards.

Endgame modes are also being refreshed. While Anomaly Arbitration launched alongside the update on August 26, 2026, Apocalyptic Shadow is scheduled to reset on August 31, 2026. The story elements of this patch move the setting to Astropolis, the stronghold of the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC), where players will encounter characters such as Aventurine and the Ten Stonehearts member, Sugilite.
