Honor to launch WIN 2 gaming series and WIN Pad on October 21

Honor has announced that it will officially launch its new gaming-focused ecosystem on October 21 during the ‘Honor WIN Esports Universe’ festival. The rollout includes the Honor WIN 2 series smartphones, the Honor WIN Pad, and Honor WIN earbuds.

The Honor WIN 2 series is positioned as a high-performance gaming flagship. Teaser images reveal a design featuring a horizontal camera module, RGB lighting, and an integrated active cooling fan to manage heat during intense gameplay. Leaks suggest the devices may utilize the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset and feature large batteries, potentially exceeding 10,000 mAh.

The Honor WIN Pad marks the expansion of the series into tablets, also featuring an active cooling fan and an OLED display. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with a high refresh rate of up to 240Hz. This launch aims to complete the Honor WIN ecosystem, which encompasses phones, tablets, laptops, and audio peripherals designed specifically for the esports community.
