Honor introduces telescope-style camera accessory and gimbal-equipped Robot Phone

Honor is expanding its mobile photography capabilities through new hardware innovations, including a telescope-inspired camera accessory and a specialized Robot Phone featuring mechanical stabilization.

The new telescope-like accessory is designed for compatible Honor smartphones to provide enhanced long-range photography and increased optical reach. Unlike standard small attachments, this accessory features an elongated lens barrel intended to assist with capturing distant subjects such as wildlife and landscapes.

Additionally, the Honor Robot Phone introduces a physical gimbal camera system housed within a titanium mechanism. Unlike software-based stabilization, this mechanical component allows the camera to physically move and track subjects. The gimbal offers a wide range of motion across pan, tilt, and roll axes, supporting features such as automated subject tracking and automated camera rotation shots.
