Honor launches MagicOS 11 early access for Magic V6 foldable

Honor has opened the second phase of its MagicOS 11 early‑access program, extending beta testing to owners of the 2024 Magic V6 foldable smartphone. Chinese users can register through the My Honor app's "Club" section until 26 July, with the first builds expected to roll out from 29 July. Eligibility requires the device to run at least MagicOS 10.0.0.170.

The program aims to gather real‑world feedback on the foldable’s unique screen layout, hinge mechanics and multitasking features before a wider release. Participants are warned that the pre‑release software may contain bugs or stability issues, and are advised to back up their data before installing.
