Honor Magic 9 series set for European expansion in 2027
Honor is expanding the availability of its Magic 9 series following its initial launch in China. The company has announced that the series is scheduled to arrive in European markets, including the United Kingdom and France, in January 2027. The Magic 9 Pro Max is expected to be a primary focus for these overseas markets, with configurations such as 12GB RAM paired with 256GB or 512GB of storage being offered.
The Magic 9 Pro Max features high-end specifications, including a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 10,000 nits. It is powered by the Snapdragon 9 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor and includes an 8,800mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging capabilities.
A standout feature of the series is its imaging system, which includes a dual 200MP camera setup consisting of a main camera and a telephoto camera with 3.5X optical zoom. The device also includes a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 55MP front camera. In Malaysia, the device was recently showcased at the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix event, where its ability to capture high-speed motion was demonstrated.
