Honoré Ndibu arrested in Kananga for suspected theft and impersonation

Honoré Ndibu, known by the nickname ‘Le Facilitateur’, has been arrested by the Congolese National Police in the Malandji district of Kananga. This marks his 15th arrest for similar offenses.

Authorities report that Ndibu uses various professional identities to gain access to homes and commit thefts. He has reportedly posed as a doctor, teacher, banker, electricity official from SNEL, water official from Regideso, and an agent of the ANR.

His most recent arrest occurred on Friday, September 4, while he was participating in a funeral ceremony near the SNEL thermal power plant. He was identified after a theft was reported in a nearby residence the previous day. At the time of his apprehension, he was acting as a preacher for a church following the Message of Branham movement.
