HONOR Rebrands as AI Device Ecosystem Company

HONOR announced a major brand renewal, shifting its focus from a traditional smartphone maker to an AI device ecosystem company. The new identity includes a refreshed logo and the introduction of a "Robot Phone" as a new device category, along with the Agentic OS platform that emphasizes on‑device AI and collaborative cloud computing. The company highlighted its AiMAGE technology, described as the industry's first end‑cloud collaborative computational photography system, and noted a partnership with ARRI to advance mobile imaging.

In the first quarter of 2026, HONOR reported 25% year‑on‑year revenue growth, the only Chinese smartphone brand to post positive growth in that period, with overseas markets contributing more than half of its sales. Its foldable smartphones remain among the global top two. The rebranding aims to create an open, shared AI ecosystem that extends beyond phones to a broader range of intelligent devices.
