Honor releases MagicPad 4 tablet with ultra‑thin OLED display and upgraded specs

Chinese manufacturer Honor has launched the MagicPad 4 tablet, promoted as the thinnest on the market at 4.8 mm and weighing 450 g. It sports a 12.3‑inch 3K OLED panel with a 164 Hz refresh rate, up to 2,400 nit brightness, and an eight‑speaker stereo system. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage (configurable to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB), and runs MagicOS 10, which adds a desktop mode with resizable windows. Honor promises generous software updates and positions the tablet for both productivity and media consumption.

Earlier in 2026, Honor announced the MagicPad 3 Pro 12.3‑inch tablet, released in the Philippines on 28 April. The MagicPad 3 Pro features a 12.3‑inch OLED screen (1920 × 3000 px), Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, and options for 8 GB, 12 GB or 16 GB RAM with 256 GB or 512 GB storage. It is powered by a 10,100 mAh Li‑Po battery supporting 66 W wired and 27 W reverse charging. Additional specs include a 13‑MP rear camera, 9‑MP front camera, Wi‑Fi 6/7, Bluetooth 6.0, and USB‑C 3.2. Prices in the Philippines range from roughly ₱41,216 to ₱52,287.
