HONOR to debut humanoid robots and AI technology in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia

HONOR is expanding its presence in the robotics and artificial intelligence sectors through upcoming international appearances. In Malaysia, the company will debut its self-developed A1 and D1 humanoid robots outside of China. The D1 robot is scheduled to participate in the opening ceremony of the Malaysia Marathon 2026 by completing a 10KM route, while the A1 robot will join the 5KM category. Following the marathon, both robots will appear at the National Day parade in Putrajaya on 31 August 2026.

Additionally, HONOR will participate in the LEAP 2026 technology event in Riyadh. The company plans to showcase its ‘Robot Phone’ as a centerpiece of its AI strategy, alongside demonstrations of its broader AI ecosystem. The exhibition will focus on connected scenarios involving smartphones, tablets, and wearables to demonstrate how AI integrates various hardware components within the company’s ecosystem.
